English hacker Lauri Love was indicted for a third time in the U.S. yesterday, this time in Virginia, for stealing the personal and financial information of more than 100,000 federal government employees.

Love allegedly coordinated with other hackers to gain unauthorized access to government agency computers, including some in the Department of Energy and the Department of Health and Human Services, according to a release. Love already faces chargers in New Jersey and New York.

He could serve up to 10 years in prison for the offenses alleged in Virginia, in addition to a mandatory two years in prison if convicted of aggravated identity theft.

He supposedly exploited the Adobe ColdFusion vulnerability to gain access.
